Dr. Srimathy completed MBBS in 2001 and MD in 2004 from Madras Medical College. She completed MRCOG(UK) in 2006, CCT in 2015 and FRCOG in 2018. She is a reviewer of the Green Journal – an American OBGYN journal – and has been ranked among the Top 10 percent of referees for 20XX, 20XX and 20XX.
Dr. Srimathy is an excellent clinician, with special expertise in management of high risk pregnancies. She is passionate about teaching, training and research, strongly believes that evidence-based practice is the key to providing high-quality, uniform standards of care for all women. She has 5 University Gold Medals for overall performance in MBBS examinations, 2 medals for Best Outgoing Student from Madras Medical College – and a total of 13 medals and 5 awards for academic excellence. She has 8 publications in international journals of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, and has contributed to chapters on IUGR-IAP textbook and Management of Traumatic PPH
